Booker Hill Projects Ltd have worked with Ecobat Resources in Darley Dale since 1998. They are a global leader in the production of lead and lead alloys: mainly from recycled sources. The site processes 400 tonnes of lead acid batteries a day. So maintaining the control systems and safety aspects are a vital part of Booker Hill Projects remit.

We control all aspects of the processes including battery breaking, smelting, refining and effluent treatment. We work closely with the onsite management, process engineers and operations to continually improve and refine the site processes. We have rolled out site wide standards to ensure operations are uniform in every area.

Developing control systems utilising the latest control methodologies we make complicated control system easy to us. Ensuring that the operator has clear and full visibility of all aspects when active. This allows a quick response to changes. The control systems are flexible to allow different scenarios to be easily introduced.
