We are delighted to share some fantastic news from within our team. Ted Titterton Hill has successfully completed the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting.

This is a significant milestone and a testament to his dedication, hard work, and commitment to professional development. Achieving this qualification provides a strong foundation in core accounting principles, including bookkeeping, cost management, and the essentials of financial processes. All skills that are vital to the smooth running of any successful organisation.

In our business, we believe that an understanding of all aspects of operations are key to delivering the best possible service to our customers. Accounting knowledge underpins decision making, planning, and long term growth, and having team members who are confident in these areas strengthens the organisation as a whole.

With this qualification, Ted can provide key support to our Bookkeeper, helping to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuity across our financial processes.

By developing expertise in accounting, he is better equipped to contribute to:

  • Improved operational efficiency

  • More informed business decisions

  • Stronger collaboration across departments

We actively encourage continuous learning because we know that a knowledgeable team is a capable team. Understanding different areas of the business, whether finance, operations, or customer services, helps create a more connected, agile, and resilient organisation.

This achievement reflects not only personal success but also our broader commitment to nurturing talent and building expertise across all levels of the business.

Congratulations once again to Ted on this outstanding accomplishment. We’re proud to support his development and look forward to seeing how these new skills will continue to add value to the business and our customers.

Here’s to continued growth, learning, and success!
