Over the coming months, Tobi and Logan will learn many aspects of our business while studying towards their engineering qualifications in partnership with Burton and South Derbyshire College.
Their apprenticeship programme combines classroom learning with hands on industry experience. Working alongside our experienced team and college tutors will enable them to develop both the technical expertise and professional skills needed to succeed in modern engineering environments.
As part of their development, they will gain experience in:
Control panel design and manufacture
PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
Industrial automation projects
Site installation and commissioning activities
Project planning and engineering documentation
Health & safety and industry best practices
