Starting in August 2023 Booker Hill Projects started working towards getting Quality Management and Environmental Management standards Certification. We are pleased to announce that we have qualified for both of these with no major or minor non conformities.
Implementing these standards means we have put in place effective processes and trained staff to deliver flawless products or services time after time. Please see below for more information on what these standards mean.
ISO 9001 is a globally recognized standard for quality management. It helps organizations of all sizes and sectors to improve performance, meet customer expectations and demonstrate commitment to quality. Its requirements define how to establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve a quality management system (QMS).
ISO 14001 is the internationally recognized standard for environmental management systems (EMS). It provides a framework for us to design and implement an EMS, and continually improve environmental performance. By adhering to this standard, we can ensure we are taking proactive measures to minimize environmental footprint, comply with relevant legal requirements, and achieve environmental objectives.
Having this certification is just the start as Booker Hill Projects Ltd will continue to set ourselves targets and keep making sure we deliver flawless services in the future.
