At the end of July Booker Hill Projects flew over to Canada to undergo a Panel test for a client working on a New Waste Disposal Plant being built in the USA. It is a critical step in ensuring the safety, reliability, and effectiveness of a control system. It involves verifying that all electrical and automation components within the control panel are correctly installed, wired, and configured.

The purposes of a panel test are Verification of Design Integrity, Safety Assurance, Functionality Testing, Early Fault Detection and Compliance & Quality Assurance.

This ensures professional quality and consistency, facilitates efficient installation and commissioning on-site, aids maintenance teams with clear labels, accurate drawings, and a structured layout. Reducing risks of delays or non-compliance during audits or inspections.
